In the event of cancellation after sending the confirmation, the client agrees to pay the hotel the following penalties:
- From 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the entire room allotment
- From 7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the entire room allotment
- From 3 to 1 day before arrival: 75% of the entire room allotment
- No-show: 100% of the entire room allotment

Payment
Payment is to be made directly by the guest at check-in on the day of arrival.
Changes or Cancellations
Reservations may be modified or cancelled free of charge until 7:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Guarantee
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made after 7:00 PM on the day of arrival, the cost of the first night’s stay will be charged.
The rates do not include:
- City tax: €4.00 per person, per day.

Net Hotel Rate per Night (Single Occupancy): €104.00

- A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation to guarantee the room allocation.
- Full prepayment is required 10 days prior to arrival.
- The 30% deposit is non-refundable.

- Reductions/cancellations from 29 to 11 days prior to arrival: 50% penalty on the total value of the reduced/cancelled services.
