Refund Policy
1. Cancellation and Refund Deadlines

2. Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the receipt of the cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
3. Notification in Writing:
Any requests for cancellations or registration transfers must be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat: info@remat2026.eu. Verbal or informal requests will not be accepted.
Payment:
